From Washington, a black army captain is sent by the army lawyer to investigate the murder case. They calm the hotel manager, and then set to work on containing the little green ghost. Armed with proton guns, the Ghostbusters become wildly popular, and they are joined by Winston Zeddmore, who is looking for a job with good pay. Singe , focus on what they can learn from him, using him as a subject rather than a person. Egon points out that she's not really a woman, but rather, takes the shape of whatever it wants. Freddie is a sicko who is not only looking to kill these kids, but wants to torture them with fear. However, to his surprise, she reveals herself as a subversive, and they embark on an illicit and dangerous relationship.
Into Smith's world comes a girl, Julia, who slips him a note of stunning force. Nancy, Rod, and Officer Hansen are harassed in their dreams by Freddie and Nancy is harassed by her drunker mother in real life. Nancy and her boyfriend set out to pull Freddie from the dream where he can be killed. With this revelation Freddy disappears. He meets Julia but no longer feels anything for her. Rather than returning to Chicago, Ren decides the real answer to his problems is to organize a dance.

Winston spends his evenings wandering through the poorest neighborhoods in London, where the proletarians, or proles, live squalid lives, relatively free of Party monitoring.
She gets rid of him again, and goes into her apartment, undressing and talking on the phone. The movie has pictured the scenes after the World War 2, that the victim was the black racist sergeant. In the novel, the country of Eastasia apparently consists of China and its satellite nations; Eurasia is the Soviet Union; and Oceania comprises the United States, the United Kingdom, and their allies. A guard arrives , and tells the Ghostbusters that the mayor wants to meet them, to deal with the rash of ghosts and other unbelievable phenomenon happening throughout the city. Egon and Ray worry about their equipment, which Peter describes as an unlicensed nuclear accelerator, and decide that they'll ignore the danger for now. It is violent, funny, scary, contains boldly outlined characters, and gets us involved. The suspicion immediately is on the local white people, who are not happy because in Deep South black stationed their branch.
It turned out that the rights were held by Marvin Rosenblum, a Chicago lawyer who had been trying on his own to get such a film produced. All of these places are away from surveillance — or so they think. But in the end, the human spirit prevails. But before the torturing, he and Julia are apprehended by the Thought Police. People have gathered all around the apartment building, which has clearly become the center of the entire mess.
It is revealed that there is a small telescreen hidden behind a picture on the wall in their room, and that the elderly proprietor of the pawn shop, Charrington Cyril Cusack , is in fact a covert agent of the Thought Police. Behind him, though, her fingers crack through the hardened ruins of the animal, and the Ghostbusters quickly break apart the rest, freeing her and Louis. Shortly after, Winston rents a room above a in the less restrictive proletarian area where they continue their liaison. As they are kicked out of the University, they really understand the paranormal and go into business for themselves. She turns over in midair, to face down at Peter whom asks her to please come down. To illustrate, Egon tells them that his latest research indicates that the city is experiencing a colossal increase in paranormal activity, comparing it to a 600-pound Twinkie.
Even when he and Julia meet again by chance, they feel apathetic towards each other. This successful hunt proves to be but the first of a sudden rash of hauntings mean brisk business for the Ghostbusters. Under the new snazzy business name of 'Ghostbusters', and living in the old firehouse building they work out of, they are called to rid New York City of paranormal phenomenon at everyone's whim. The Party also claims that Emmanuel Goldstein, the alleged leader of the Brotherhood, is the most dangerous man alive, but this does not seem plausible to Winston. Louis' party continues as he rambles on about the price efficiency of his hosting a party.
